Benji! PC Edition

Oh No! The Corruption is engulfing the world of Benji!
You need to run towards the City to call on the heroes to stop the spread, before the whole world is consumed!

Complete the story in Story Mode and earn Star Points, and set your best score in Endless Mode!
Pick up Pennies along the way to customise Benji and unlock extra powers!

Controls (Keyboard & Mouse)

 Benji! PC Edition uses a keyboard and mouse to play:

W, A, S, D	Movement
Space Bar	Jump, Double Jump
P, Esc	Pause
Mouse	UI Interaction

There is partial controller support too:

Left Thumb Stick	Movement
A ( XBox controller) / X (PS Controller)	Jump, Double Jump
Start Button	Pause

UI support not implemented for controllers, you will need to use your mouse.

Gameplay

Duration: approx. 1-2 hours (for Story Mode)

There are two game modes in 'Benji!'

Story Mode

In this Mode, there are 10 levels to complete per area, with increasing difficulty the further you get. Each level has different completion times and can be completed with different ratings: 3-Star, 2-Star, 1-Star and No Star. You don't need to earn a Star Rating to unlock the next level.

Endless Mode

In this Mode, you can pick an area to run endlessly! The path will be randomly generated with pre-made 'path pieces' you will come across in Story Mode.

The further you get, the faster Benji will be running!

Butterflies

Butterflies fly around everywhere! Each different butterfly gives Benji a power-up!

	Speed Boost  Butterfly	Gives Benji a boost in his speed! It makes crossing certain gaps easier and makes it easier to create distance from the Corruption!
	Jump Boost Butterfly	Boosts Benji's jumping! Launch yourself to tall mushrooms and high hills to find other ways to run! Maybe you'll come across nicer things...
	Penny-Magnet Butterfly	Create a magnetic ring around Benji to attract nearby pennies!
	Slow Corruption Butterfly	These butterflies possess a strange power that makes the Corruption slow down! Use them to create some breathing room!
	Spirit Butterfly	A second chance to get further, if you can afford it! Works like a combination Speed Boost and Jump Boost at the start of your revival! Only shows up in Endless Mode.

Unlockables

'Benji!' comes with unlockable content!

The Dark Forest

In order to unlock The Dark Forest area for Endless Mode and Story Mode, you will need to beat all 10 levels of the area before it (The Forest) in Story Mode.

Customisation Items for Benji

You can customise Benji with numerous hats and skins in the Wardrobe menu. Spend your pennies to unlock them!

Spirits

In the Spirit Power menu, you can unlock and level up 5 different Spirits who will give Benji an increased duration with their correlating butterfly power-up or increase the pick-up range for Benji! Spend the pennies you've collected to do unlock better boosts!

Benji for Android

'Benji!' is a game designed originally for Android phones and tablets and is available on the Google Play Store!

In this version there are achievements to earn and leader boards to compete against other players! 

Other areas

The areas 'The Meadow' and 'The City' are currently not included in 'Benji!'. These areas will be added in upcoming updates for both the Android version and of 'Benji! PC Edition'.

Saves

'Benji!' will create a save, save your game and load your game automatically for you, so that you may continue with where you left off.  You can find your save file in

.../AppData/Local/ChisanaChase/Saved

in case you wish to access it or delete it from your PC. Once deleted your progress will be lost, so do so with caution.
